I was so touched by the entry left in Kringla 1 visitor book this week.  Three lovely ladies from Malaysia were visiting Scotland for the first time and stopped off in Orkney for a few days.  They were extremely lucky with the weather as it was probably nicer than what we had in the summer this year!  They visited as many of the sites as time allowed, Skara Brae, Ring of Brodgar, Yesnaby and even managed a trip to see the Old Man of Hoy.  They left this beautiful sketch in our visitor book with the following text:

"After a long day of site seeing, driving back to Kringla apartments feels like coming home.  With it's cheerful decor and more amenities than one needs while travelling, our stay in Orkney has truly been wonderful."

I then found a letter with three lovely origami turtles sitting upon it.  The letter explained that the turtle symbolises long life and they wish Kringla long life.  It really makes it all worthwhile when you get such wonderful feedback.  Thank you ladies. x
